Brandon Eang

Club Director + Training Director

Brandon Eang has been the head coach of the girls' and boys' volleyball teams at Westford Academy since 2001. He also serves as the head coach of the volleyball division, a board member of the USA Cambodia Sports Association, and help coached the Cambodian Women's National Volleyball Team (both indoor and beach volleyball) at the SEA Games 2023. In addition to coaching at Westford Academy, Brandon has also coached for Ignite VBC and Bamboo VBC, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to his coaching sessions.

 

Brandon is in charge of strategically developing the skills portion of our programs and serves as the head coach for most practices during the season. As a local, he is excited to increase volleyball opportunities in the area and to watch the sport continue to grow.

Bobbi-Jo Lewis

17U coach

Bobbi-Jo Lewis brings 27 years of coaching experience—including little league (2005 State Championship team), Pop Warner cheerleading (National finalist 2nd place 2010) as well as All-star cheerleading and AAU baseball. Most recently, Bobbi-Jo has coached Varsity volleyball for 15 years and in 2022 led the Hudson High School program to a league championship.

 

When not coaching, she enjoys fostering kittens, volunteering with Worcester animal rescue league, and spending time with her two grandchildren.

Molly Follansbee-Williams

16U coach

With a decade of coaching experience under Molly’s belt, she is passionate about shaping promising athletes into seasoned players. From serving as the JV, JV 2, and assistant varsity coach at Hudson High School to leading elite club teams, Molly has had the privilege of witnessing growth and excellence in action.

Beyond the sidelines, she is an English professor at Assumption University in Worcester, MA. Her academic pursuits not only fuel her coaching philosophy but also enrich the mentorship she provides to her players.

Off the court, you'll find her spending quality time with her family - including their cats Dahlia and Rosie. She is an avid reader and a frequent traveler, always on the lookout for new experiences and insights to bring back to her players and students.

Sydney Trudeau

15U coach

Sydney Trudeau loves the game of volleyball. In addition to playing high school and club, she also has coached for multiple clubs and for Boston Area Youth Volleyball. She's great with young people and is really looking forward to coaching for Ignite.

Katelyn Schramm

14U coach

Katelyn has been involved in volleyball for 10 years. She started out in skills clinics, then played high school varsity and club, and eventually played club volleyball for the University of Rhode Island. She absolutely loves the sport and cannot wait to mark a first in my volleyball career as a coach this season!

Sarah Kleeman

13U coach

Sarah Kleeman comes to Ignite with four years of high school experience and three years of club experience. She wants to share her passion of volleyball with everyone she can, and help others gain the same passion. In her free time she loves to stay active by weightlifting in the gym. 

 

She believes that every athlete begins at the fundamentals. She want to help her players build their fundamental skillset as they grow as players. She wants to instill a positive attitude and build trust amongst her team to create a family within Ignite.
