Philosophy: My goal to help individual players to master the fundamental (platform, footwork, serving, passing, setting (overhead passing), attacking (approaching), blocking. I want to build up the players so they have confidence in their skills. Hopes for the season: To build skill set, have fun, build teamwork, convey positive energy, teach sportsmanship, and play competitively.
