18 Elite National
Caitlyn Vann
Caitlyn is a former Division I libero and professional volleyball player with over 10 years coaching experience. She won 4 State Championships and a National Championship at the high school level, was an All-American OH and Hall of Fame Athlete, played on the USAV Youth & Junior National Team, received a full-ride scholarship as a libero at the University of Missouri, played professionally overseas, and coached at the Division I level at DePaul University and Cal Berkeley. Prior to joining UVC she coached in St. Louis, MO where she also ran a nonprofit that provided free after-school volleyball training for low income girls. Caitlyn also serves as Associate Club Director for Boston UVC.

Faith Gray-Williams
Faith is the coach for the 15 National and 18 National Girls Team. She is originally from Las Vegas, Nevada and recently graduated from Simmons University in May ‘21 where she played collegiate volleyball as a Setter. Faith was also the treasurer of the Black Student Organization, and received her Bachelors degree in Biology and Chemistry on the Pre Physician’s Assistant’s track. Faith played competitive volleyball for 10 years and has been coaching youth volleyball for 5 years.

Morgan Lauvray
Morgan (Mo) is the coach for the 16 National, 17 National, and 18's Boys. This is Mo's 5th season coaching at UVC. She recently graduated from Simmons University where she played collegiate volleyball as a Libero and received a degree in Political Science, Economics, and Public Policy. Mo grew up playing indoor and beach volleyball in Southern California. She has been playing volleyball competitively for 11 years. Coach Mo is also the current Head Coach for JV Volleyball at Buckingham, Browne, & Nichols School in Cambridge.

Tyla Parker
Tyla is coaching the 16 and 17 national teams in her first season with UVC. Previously she coached at DIGS and Sideout Sports Volleyball Club in NJ and is currently an assistant coach at UMass Boston. She works as a Data Analyst at Liberty Mutual.

Emma Maniscalco
Emma is a Junior at Lasell University and studying curriculum and instruction with a minor in coaching and child and adolescent studies! Emma played volleyball for about 9 years and 2 of which included playing at Lasell University. She is the Head Varsity Volleyball Coach at Chapel Hill Chauncy Hall School in Waltham! This is her second year coaching at UVC and is coaching 16 Navy, 16 National and 17 Boys!

Kayla Robbins
Kayla is a junior studying exercise science at Simmons University. She is from Beaverton, OR. She has played volleyball for 11 years. This is Kayla's second year coaching for UVC. She is coaching girls 14 National, 14 Black, and 15 White

Dave Parnell
Dave recently moved from Portland, Oregon and previously coached for Athena Volleyball Academy where he was the 12 Gold Head Coach and U12 Training Director. In addition to Dave’s club experience, he also coached at the high school level as both a JV Head Coach and Varsity Assistant at a state championship program. Dave brings over 20 years of coaching experience with him to UVC. During his time in Oregon, his teams were ranked in the top 100 Nationally. Most recently, his 12 Gold teams finished 6th place finish at Colorado Crossroad National qualifier in 2017, finished #1 in the CEVA Region in 2018 and in the top 5 regionally in 2019.

Bree Bacon
Bree Bacon is a junior at Brookline High School, she has played at UVC for 4 years and is currently on the 17N team. Along with playing Bree has coached at UVC within the girls' program for 2 years, this year she is coaching the 13N and 14 White.
